This study, which investigates the realtionship between the aruz vezins and tevşihs that composed in evsat usûls , by examining their usûls and lyrics, seeks to answer the following questions.•What are the aruz vezins of the tevşihs that composed in evsat usûls?•What are the syllabic distributions of vezins of tevşihs that composed in evsat usûls?•Is it possible to detect stereotyped rythmic cycles in syllabic distrubitions of tevşihs that composed in evsat usuls?In the study, the literature was surveyed in detail and tevşihs that composed in evsat usül were located. The study corrects the lyrics of many works since their reproduction process by hand led to change and disappearance of certain words. After this step, the lyrics of teşvihs and arûzs of lyrics are established in a comparative research among musical notes, lyrics and other certain sources. Selected works are written in computer. Then, the harmony between usûl and vezin is explained by indicating the syllabic distributions of vezin on usûls darps.

Bu çalışmada, tevşih formunda ve evsat usûlünde bestelenmiş eserlerin, usûl ve güfte yapısı incelenerek, hece dağılımının evsat usûlü darplarına olan dağılımı arasındaki ilişki varlık ve nicelik yönünden incelenmiş ve aşağıdaki sorulara cevap aranmıştır Evsat usûlünde bestelenen tevşîhlerde kullanılan aruz vezinleri hangileridir?Evsat usûlünde bestelenen tevşîhlerde kullanılan vezinlerin hece dağılımları nasıl seyretmektedir?Evsat usûlünde bestelenen tevşîhlerin hece dağılımında kalıplaşmış ritmik döngüler tespit edilebilir mi?Çalışmada öncelikle ayrıntılı bir kaynak taraması yapılarak evsat usûlünde bestelenmiş tevşihler tespit edilmiştir. Seçilen eserlerin büyük çoğunluğu elde yazılmış olduğu için kopyalanırken zaman içerisinde güftelerin silindiği ya da değişime uğradığı görülmüş, bu nedenle notalar ve güfteler farklı nüshalardan kontrol edilerek yanlışlıklar giderilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu aşamadan sonra, elde bulunan tüm notalar ve güfte kaynakları üzerinden yürütülen karşılaştırmalı incelemelerle, söz konusu tevşih güfteleri ve güftelerin arûz kalıpları tespit edilmiştir. Seçilen eserler finale programında yeniden yazılmıştır. Daha sonra vezne bağlı hece dağılımları usûl darpları üzerinde gösterilerek, usûl ve vezin uyumunun ne şekilde seyrettiği açıklanmıştır.
