In this study, The factors that affect their choice of tenancy and partnership practices, which are one of the land saving forms, are tried to be determined by examining the individual characteristics and operating structures of the producers in Konya. Also, the form and conditions in the application have been determined, the extent to which legal regulations have been adopted and fulfilled has been investigated, information about the agricultural structure has been collected and suggestions have been presented in the light of the evaluation of the information obtained. The main material of the study consists of 130 surveys with the sampling method with the producers in Karatay, IIgın and Çumra districts of Konya. In the research, it was found that the ratio of tenancy increased and the partnership decreased to almost none. In addition traditional, old-style partnership agreements are no longer enforced. New types of partnership agreements or in other words new types of agricultural lease agreements, which are increasingly similar to lease agreements, have emerged. Although the tenants and the partners are the landowners, the land is not enough for them to make a living. Tenants and partners can make a living by renting or partnering with land at least up to the size of their property operation. The subsidies granted by the state are received by the landowner and this has become a local custom. The tenants and partners demand the right to pre-purchase and financial support policies to help them buy land for this purpose. With regard considering very important issues such as sustainable agriculture and food safety to tenancy and partnership in agriculture relationship is regarded as a subject of private law in Turkey and new regulations should be made considering the public interest and become a national policy.
