The main objective of this thesis is showing that the evaluation norm of the Freedom of Expression notion on the parallel of law basis problematic in Spinoza's Theological – Political Treatise. To indicate that, as such approachment involves two aspects. Begin with, in Spinoza's thought it is the necessity that some cognitive make its onthology to be explained. This necessity can be shaped through the (expression of) Onthology and Law relations. Secondly, this study aim to signify that how the conception of Freedom of Expression accordingly to this relation which mention above, can be treated in Theological Political Treatise.Notably in Ethics and also Spinoza's other Works when treated Ethic and thus Political approach which is accepted by him, can be seen that shaped from the theory of first principles. That is to say, the onthological method which is existed in his Ethics and following passages of the same work representing his epistemelogical method moreover the view from the Theological Political Treatise and Political Treatise about the origins of law are the same aspects of the certain method. In this respect, albeit the fact that Spinoza's philosophy involves some inevitable colors and differencies, the main theme that conception of Onthology to express and signfy that the Notion of Power, Right and Law are same, unique, and one. When we recognize about the correlation between Law and Right we have also investigate and examine about the monist system which through shaped from Deus sive Natura to put in other words God or Nature. Therefore, comprehense and precise analysis of the monist system shows that the conception of God is the center element of the Spinoza's theory of first principles. Dwelling on the which intellectual means build up the notions of the God also significant point to see that how kind of basic elements which are tools for defining God exclude from his definition of God and hence his cosmology. That is to say, Spinoza's conception of God takes shape vice versa to the montoheistic and scholastic intellectual tradition. Briefly, the first part of the study focuses on the conception of onthology in Spinoza's thought, spesifically in Ethics. Thus, that which includes explanatory framework intended for the themes will have been came up in the second part of the study. In second part of the study, Spinoza's contribution to Freedom of Expression will be investigated along with conception of Law with reference to the first part of the study. In this respect, Spinoza's philosophy has got quality which is formed a layer involves many meanings of the the law that intimated to each other.Thence, another aim in the study, to show that variety of Laws and how can be analyzed their correlation. Relationship between the Laws also make it possible canvassing the Notion of freedom of expression. Here ise the question which might investigated in the second part of the thesis. In that case, the path of the following which is formed through the question and relationship between Freedom of Expression and Conceptions of Law.
