In this study, effects of growth and development performance and unit cost of corn and cottonseed husk raw materials fed to concentrate and with concentrate feed for 63 days were investigated. In a special farm calves were taken to trial in the Karacabey region, from November 2016 to January, 2017, The first three days after the birth of the calves were housed as a colostrum group then passed to the milk group feeding two meal a day, concenterate feed, water, corn grain, cottonseed husk. The amount of corn or cottonseed husk poured in front of calves was reduced same amount in concantrad feed then feeding on calves. Fifteen calves were used in this study and they were followed in 3 trial groups in 5 calves.Group 1 control, (water, concentrate, pasteurized milk), Group 2 corn-added (water, concentrated feed, pasteurized milk and 50 g grain corn), Group 3 cottonseed added (water, concentrated feed, pasteurized milk and 50 g of cottenseed husk).Calves 3 square meter closed area were housed in individual pens and feeding are given in bowl and milk in lactating bucket. The Calving after 4 day, the farm person give to gradually raised to the limited calf starter, cotton seed husk and corn grain. After consuming dairy calves are kept filled with water during the day. The average age of weaning calves in operation for 63 days, The average daily amount of concentrate consumed during this period was 946 g in the control group, 1151 g in the 2nd group, 973 g in the third group. Until the end of the trial, the average cost per ton of consumption was highest in the control group and the lowest in the second group of corn grain group. When the live weights of the beginning and last of the experiment were viever in the 3 trial groups, the control group ± 34.22 kg, Group 2 corn group ± 46.97 kg and Group 3 cotton seed husk ± 38.65 kg were determined and the calculated live weight averages were ± 0.741 kg / day / head with an average of the second highest in the group. When the feed utilization rates (in dry matter) looked the control group 0.227 kg, the 2nd group corn group 0.210 kg and the 3rd group 0.202 kg than according to body condition parameters was the highest in the 2nd group (M) Performance (the cidago length, chest circumference). In terms of these characteristics, it is observed that a particular starch product used in conjunction with the concentrate has a positive effect on the development and growth of the calves and same effect good fibril on the calves. With this study, it was found that the use of corn and rice gave positive results in calf feeding and it was found to be economical in terms of cost and size.
