The urban regeneration processes in Altındağ have additionally and specifically mentioned. Field survey where the theoretical discussions have been analyzed has been carried out in Gültepe (Çinçin) District which is notorious for poverty and crime. The method used in the thesis consists of literature review; internet search; interviews made with the 3 groups: residents living in the field of the project, neighborhood residents who left the project field, and the newcomers to the project field; and comments on the past experiences. The changing economic situation of the neighborhood has been considered.
