Anatolia has assumed the role of a bridge in terms of geographical location in many countries since prehistoric times. However, it has been the focus of production industry and traders since ancient times with its rich natural resources and itineraries. For these reasons, it is possible to trace many cultures in Anatolia. In the first part of our thesis titled `Doğubayazit and Its Immediate Surroundings in the Bronze and Iron Ages`, the geographical features of Anatolia were discussed and evaluated in detail in order to understand the impact of geography on archeology.Anatolia consists of seven geographical regions. One of them is the Eastern Anatolia Region. Eastern Anatolia is located at a crossing point between Mesopotamia, Iran and the Caucasus in terms of geographical status. The region has been the market and production industry of the geographical regions since the prehistoric times since it has important road networks with many rich natural resources. In this study, we examined the geographical characteristics of Eastern Anatolia from different sources and evaluated them within the scope of the thesis in the light of the sources obtained about the geography of the region. The Eastern Anatolia Region has many sections. One of these is the Upper Murat Section. The district of Doğubayazit, located within the borders of Upper Murat Section, is located in the northeast of Eastern Anatolia. Doğubayazit is a district where different communities have lived together since the prehistoric ages due to its natural richness and geographical features. Therefore, it is possible to find different cultures even today in the district. Today, Dogubayazit is the commercial center of countries such as Iran, Azerbaijan, Nakhchivan, Georgia and Armenia. In the second part of our thesis titled `Doğubayazit and Its Immediate Surroundings in the Bronze and Iron Ages`, the geographical characteristics of Doğubayazit and its immediate surroundings are discussed and sufficient data are available to understand the geographical status of the district. In the third part of our thesis titled Doğubayazit and its immediate surroundings in the Bronze and Iron Ages, the historical periods of Anatolia are discussed. In this context, the process of the Bronze and Iron Ages in Anatolia from the Paleolithic Age is discussed. It is beneficial for us to better understand the integrity of the subject by discussing the early processes of the Bronze and Iron Ages, which are examined considering the subject integrity of our thesis topic. From this point of view, the basic components of the aforementioned ages have been evaluated without mentioning the details. In the fourth and main subject of our thesis, the process of the Bronze and Iron Ages in Doğubayazit and its immediate surroundings is discussed. In this context, the first scientific surveys and excavations carried out in the region have been taken into consideration and the archaeological elements identified have been evaluated within the scope of the thesis as a whole. After a large literature study, specific questions were obtained. In this context, it was the pioneer of our questions about the period in which settlement activity took place and how long this settlement activity took place. In order to determine the answers to our questions such as the archaeological elements identified as a result of the researches carried out and the extent of the destruction carried out in these elements, we completed our research on certain basic criteria. The main subject of our thesis titled `Doğubayazit and its environs during the Bronze and Iron Ages` was not inconvenient in the handling of the Early Chalcolithic Age in which the early settlements and the early settlements took place. Because, in the thesis study, the lack of Late Chalcolithic Age was understood while the Bronze and Iron Ages were handled and the cultural similarities were determined by considering the process in both Doğubayazit and Iğdır. In the continuation of our study, there are maps, tables and plates with the resources that we use.
