In this research depending on the theory with home based on interaction programme mother and infant (EMABEP). The aim of this research is; examine of development of infant's with the effect of sensitivity and mutual interaction on infant's development. This research is carried out with two dimensional shape. First of all at the year of 2001 was also developed subtest of sensitivity and responsivity belonging to temperament assessment battery doing by Gonzalez, Gartstein, Carranza ve Rothbart. It tested for validity and reliability criteria with home based on interaction to mother and infant and tasted effect of behaviorus on infants. The test adaptation activities of Subtest of sensitivity and synchrony doing by 9-12 week (±2 week) and 65 infants and their mothers per months. In the second aspect of this study to investigate the home based on interaction of infants and their mothers and to teste the effect of their behaviours and developing them for research carried out with 44 infants and their mothers 9-12 month (22 research, 22 control). The working group this research has occurred 44 mother and their infants who located in the city center. In this research used by subtest of sensitivity and synchrony and Denver developmental screening test 2. In experimental and control groups; mothers age, learn status, duration of marriage, duration and age of pregnancy, sex and type of delivers are as a descriptive. As a result of the pre-testing infants and their mothers who 9-12 week (±2 hafta) was applied during the 12 week one day a week (45 minutes) people who experimental group, but in the control group there is no education. After this application measuring tools is made lastly to experimental group. Approximately after 3 weeks to this application to identify the permanence of training program it applied to as a screening test. The software package was used the data that obtained for analyzing Statistical program for social sciences. While assesing the operating data they used descriptive statistical methods (avarage, standard deviation, median, frequency, rate, minimum, maximum). normal distribution quantitative data in comparison that 2 groups; the Independent Samples t Test was used and comparison of abnormal distribution the Mann Whitney U test was used. The comparison of intra-group normal distribution of variables that used Paired Sample T test and the comparison of abnormal, distribution of variables that used Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The result of this research mothers who in the control and test group sensitivity behaviour between pretest mean scores there is significant difference. Mothers who in the control and test group interaction behaviours between pretest mean scores there is significant differences and between final test avarege scores there is no significant difference, mother who in the control and test group there is significant difference between pretest and final test avarage mean scores. Infants who in the control and test groups in field; personal, social, fine motor and gross motor there is no difference between pretest avarage mean scores. In field of personal, social, fine motor and gross motor there is difference between final test avarage mean scores. In the language field there is no significant differences. Infants who in the control and test group in field of personal, social, fine motor and gross motor there is significant difference between pretest and final test but at the control group there were determined no differences. At group of test and control in field of language and gross motor there is no differences between pretest and final test. Mothers who in the test group sensitivity and reciprocity test at the avarage mean scores there is significant difference between final test and retention. Infants who in the test group DENVER II developmental screening test, personal-social, fine motor and language subscales the avarage mean scores there is significant difference between final test and retention test. At the gross motor there is no significant difference. According to findings obtained from this research suggestions were made.Key Words: Mother-infant interaction, sensitivity, synchrony, infant development.
