The euthanasia is a bioethical problem concerning the end of life, the arguments concerning the right to live date back to the period before Christ adhering to the concept of euthanasia while questioning whether the life-ending decisions are correct in ethical aspects or not. Depending on the approaches looking positively to the euthanasia in the arguments concerning the euthanasia, the thesis of quality life argues that a part of life value is partially created by us. According to this view, the termination of life when it is felt it decreases its value is the requirement concerning the good life being an intrinsic value which the individuals can explain their personal integrity associated with the authenticity through their decisions. Dworkin, who discusses the euthanasia within the scope of the thesis of quality life, brings the authenticity and human dignity into the forefront concerning the euthanasia, handling within the scope of the individual freedom. Dworkin, who states that three different issues come together in the decisions concerning the euthanasia, says that it is required to care about how best the patient's authenticity, interests and the sanctity of life are respected and then tries to find answer in the euthanasia argument on the basis of these issues. According to Dworkin, it is request to look at the life as a whole. The personal interest in the end of life depends on the person's way of life, sense of integrity and critical evaluation of life. For some people, unconsciously spending the last periods of their lives is an intolerable situation within the integrity of their own lives and also a kind of dishonor and also the others have different feelings about what is important for them in the life and also they want to stay alive and continue to live even though they live being in need of others and even unconsciously as long as they can read and understand what they read. In this sense, even though the different views on what is the living well, the evaluation of Dworkin concerning the euthanasia on the basis of the right to live is an evaluation in which the decisions of the people are at the forefront within the scope of the authenticity and human dignity.
