The aim of this research was to present the contribution of the present researches by showing that the instructional leadership of the secondary school principals is related to classroom teaching and student learning, which mechanisms are most important for the development of teaching and which mechanisms contribute to student learning. This will be based on the views of the teacher and the grades in the class passing system of the student, the instructional leadership of the school principals, the teaching in the classroom and the impact on the academic success of the student. In the research, a quantitative model has been adopted. Using the Mplus 6.12 software, the data were analyzed using the multidimensional structural equation modeling technique. The universe for research consists of 17,476 teachers working in 168 secondary schools located in the central and provincial districts of Ankara. In the survey, there are 940 teachers in the sampling unit and in the sample. In order to collect data in the study, the `School Leadership Effectiveness Scale for School Teachers and Learners` (SÖMEÖ) developed by Sebastian and Allensworth (2012) and adapted to Turkish within the scope of the research was used. In the research, the school principals on classroom instruction and student learning (1) In the model of classroom instruction, the instructional leadership behaviors of the school principals, the academic demand sub-dimension constituting the classroom instruction, the college orientation which is the sub-dimension of the learning climate instrument factor and the sub-dimension of the professional community tool factor are collective study and innovation orientation, and the school climate, which is the sub-dimension of the learning climate instrument factor, academic studies as well as the negative effect of ensuring classroom regulation, in other words, instructional leadership behaviors of the school principals are influencing classroom teaching positively. (2) In the student learning model, the instructional leadership behaviors of the school principals showed that both the academic demand and the classroom subscale forming the classroom instruction were indirect effects on the university subscale, the subscale of the learning climate model factor. Moreover, it has been shown that the school climate, which is the sub-dimension of the learning climate instrument factor, is an indirect influence on the academic work of class education negatively. It was found that the school principals's instructional leadership behaviors indirectly affected the grade passing scores of Lise1, Lise2, Lise3, and Lise4 at the classroom instruction dimension and the learning of the student who symbolized the OSYM averages. In other words, instructional leadership behaviors of the school principals are influencing student learning positively. The research confirms itself statistically according to the model of structural equality, both in classroom teaching and in student learning. Instructional leadership behaviors of the school principals influence both classroom teaching and student learning positively. This effect has been achieved indirectly through the school's orientation to the university and the learning climate that constitutes the school security sub-dimensions and professional community tool factors.
