Rapidly experienced globalization, change in the structure of population and economic crises has lead the problems in the social security systems and therefore several solutions has been suggested to overcome these issues. Emergence of the private pension system and their developments can be considered as an innovative tool in this process. The private Pension System in Turkey constituted in 2003 with the laws initiated in 2002 has been a rapidly developing sector in which there currently exists 2 million participants and the magnitude of the resources is about 7 billion.
