World Class Manufacturing (WCM) is an application system that combines best practices that are compatible with each other so that businesses can continue their activities systematically. This system is based on a total of twenty pillars, including ten operational and ten administrative columns. The aim of this system is to integrate concepts such as Just in Time Production (JIT), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM), simplicity and employee participation. Zero waste, zero error, zero stock and zero failure. To achieve this, businesses need to take WCM applications as a whole and process them in their processes. This conversion is provided by WCM implementation tools and the results are followed by operational performance indicators. In this study, the implementation deals with the activities carried out by suppliers of the successful WCM implementer TOFAS, the Turkey representative of the Fiat Chrysler Automobile (FCA) Group, which unveils the WCM model in the world and manages pioneering applications. By analyzing the WCM applications of the company which is a supplier of TOFAS, the applications of operational pillars are followed and the results can be monitored as performance indicators. To be able to carry out the study, the WCM applications of the operator, the supplier of TOFAŞ, were followed up with weekly visits for fifteen months. And application results and performance indicators are collected. The implementation runs the WCM model with nine operational pillars and follows the implementation results of these pillars with thirty-three performance indicators. The aim of the study was to monitor operational performance in the WCM model and the results of thirty-three performance indicators with nine operational pillars were transformed into a total WCM performance index. A decision model was set up for the creation of the WCM performance index as thirty-three performance indicators as decision variables, and a prioritization study was carried out among the performance indicators by consulting with WCM experts. In order to establish the WCM performance index, the ANP method was used first and a network was established between the performance indicators of the operator. The performance indicators were discussed with WCM experts to determine the impact ratings on the WCM model and the importance ratings were obtained. The resulting significance ratings The values followed for fifteen months of WCM performance were normalized first and then converted to performance index for the nine operational pillars that the operator multiplied by the in-column weights and significance ratings in the WCM model, and for the total WCM model. The WCM model performance index created in the study was designed to show the results of the operations of the enterprises implementing the WCM model and to determine the effecting pillars and impact levels. Operational pillars and most important performance indicators that have the most impact on the WCM model performance index for the enterprise in which the application is run are identified. A study was carried out to prioritize WCM applications that are implemented in an integrated way by creating the application concept that was created by considering the effects of these indicators and operational pillars on the WCM model. The results of this study were compared with the results of the WCM audit of the implemented application and the applications where the successes and failures were evaluated and the interrelationships were evaluated together with the WCM experts. Keywords: World Class Manufacturing, WCM, WCM model, Operational Performance, Performance Index.
