Education has an important role in the development of societies. Also it has beenthe most determining factor for civilizations to be or not to be in the scene of history. For many years, several methods and approaches have affected education; studies onsystems that may increase learning to the highest level have been carried on and are stillbeing done so. The technological innovations and inventions that affect educationradically provide superiorities relative to the former system and led to new concepts. We can state that the process which forms the basis of distant education includesthe change of the written resources into pressed resources and in this way their easilymultiplication, distribution and as a result being easily accessible. In this text, besidesmentioning significant concepts related to distant education, the basic advantages andfeatures that the system provides are also presented. These concepts can be stated as;being multipliable, being distributable, and being easily accessible. Also the integrationof computer-assisted systems into all these advantages, the use of multimedia tools andtechniques, the access to content fast and with relevant costs through Internet, theincrease in user interaction with the help of new technologies made distant education animportant part of formal education. Furthermore, distant education in some cases is seenas an educational technique itself.E-Learning or distant education systems became more important with thedevelopment of Internet and with the increase in the bandwidth. E-Learning systems, which cost half the cost of formal education, are systems that composed of thecombination of several functions. In these are several modules such as projects, exams, evaluations, homework. In this point, we decided to prepare a module called e-Examand we prepared this using ASP and ASP.NET languages through Web Technology.Thesis includes four parts. In the first and second part, I talked about e-Learning systems and the programminglanguages I used and I mentioned the superiorities of each to the other.Third part is for the application that is developed. And in the last part is the Discussion and Conclusion. Keywords: Asp,Asp.Net,e-learning ,e-exam,Database.
