Turkish Literature has gathered numerous works written with different alphabets under its roof during the period covering centuries. With their literary aspect and contents, these works have been the source of literature science. To provide follow-up and unity of the line of literature that has changed and developed during the history of Turkish literature, transfer of texts written with Arabic letters into present alphabet and language is essential. Studies have been made for this purpose, and the large part of literary works have been translated into Roman letters. From 11st century to 19th, numerous products with different types have been produced in Turkish literature with masnavi verse, which is used for long narrations. Masnavi, whose first examples in the Anatolian field have been seen in 13rd century, has been in a state of development and change in the period up to its last example. These changes reveal themselves both in form and content. The large part of these products, which have a qualification of a treasury of culture in terms of variety of subjects told and convenience for long narration, and also constitute a masnavi literature within the body of Turkish literature have been put at the disposal of present readers and researchers with Roman letters. Even if just a few, there are masnavis waiting for the attention of researchers in manuscript libraries. Main factors that cause these works to be kept away from attention are unclarity of their authors, and even if their author is clear, inadequate resources in connection with their identification. A typical example of this is Hoca-nâme of Sinân. In this study, the masnavi named Hôca-nâme, which has written in the 15th century Anatolian field and which is unique in its own class, is discussed under two main topics. In the study consisting of analysis and text with transcription parts, the text has been translated from Arabic letters into Roman letters at first. In the analysis part, name, author, type, content of the work, characteristics of its form, the sources that the work is fed from and writing characteristics of it has been analyzed. At the beginning of the study the analysis, and after then the text with transcription is given. The work contains the characteristics of 15th century masnavis with its subject and language, and a new type that belongs to this period is been created in its field.
