In this study, we have made identification of enterprise risks which may occur in the process of realize products for the manufacturing companies, and evaluated with fuzzy logic methods. The process of realize products are examined in four sections. These are design of product, engineering manufacture of product, engineering production system and production of products. The procedures of these processes, and the processes of these procedures are described. Effect and probability to occur of risk which is defined per process, and the importance level of processes using of Fuzzy AHP method are determined to be between ?0? and ?1?. Instead of modeling with classical logic that require mathematical modeling and are not interested with uncertainties; fuzzy logic modeling is used in the specified data due to the fact that not require mathematical modeling, learning a numeric or linguistic data as experimental, to be educated, to think like humans and decide, to be able to formulate the uncertainty, to increase sensitivity and more favorable. While inputs, which are effect and probability to occur of risk, are modeled with fuzzy logic, the level of risk was obtained. While inputs, which are the level of risk and the importance level of processes, are modeled with fuzzy logic, levels of risk depending on the importance for each process was obtained. While the level of risk in the procedures and processes are determined with fuzzy number, Risk?s values of realize products are measured. Seven methods are used for modeling with fuzzy logic. These are Type-1 Mamdani FIS, Type-1 Sugeno FIS, Type-2 Mamdani FIS, Type-2 Sugeno FIS, Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) Mamdani Algorithm, Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) Sugeno Algorithm and Anfis methods. Finally, the risk assessment process for each method are investigated.
