Özet

Human is composed of visible and invisible worlds. God has sent human to the Earth to test his faith. The spirit, the dominant factor of invisible world, desires of turning to God. The nafs(ego), the dominant factor of visible world, desires of the Earth. Struggle for dominance between the spirit and the nafs goes on the hearth. Whichever manner the hearth goes under the influence of, human behaves in that manner.Tariqahs teach the principles which strengtens the spirit in mentioned struggle to their followers with their education. Because the truth comes out with the superiority of spirit. Two methods are being used in the mentioned education. One of them is `Tariki Nafsani`, known as the method of soul-enfeebling, the other is `Tariki Ruhani` known as the method of strengthening the spirit. Following this education, the spirit overpowers the nafs(ego) by gaining strenght.Naqshbandi Tariqa is the one which choose Tariki Ruhani among these two methods. The leaders of Naqshbandi Tariqa pay attention to the apparent and internal pureness. Besides being strictly adhered to the sunna of the Prophet, they try to purify both their body and mind with the eleven principles, known in Persian as Kalimat-i Qudsiya. The principles knows as Kalimat-i Qudsiya (the sacred words) are: Safar dar watan, hosh dar dam, nazar bar gadam, khalvat dar anjuman, yadkardan, wuquf-i adadi, wuquf-i qalbi, bazgasht, wuquf-i zamani, nigahdasht, yaddasht.Key Words: Spirit, nafs, Naqshibendi, Kalimat-i Qudsiya.

Sefer der-vatan, hûş der-dem, nazar ber-kadem, halvet der-encümen, vukûf-i kalbî, yâdkerd, vukûf-i adedî, bâzgeşt, vukûf-i zamânî, nigâhdâşt ve yâddâşt.Anahtar Kelimeler; Ruh, Nefs, Nakşibendî, Kelimât-ı Kudsiyye.
