Work processes which are developed and varied over time led a need to choose an effective logistics service provider in receiving the automobiles produced by car companies. In this sense, a scientific examination was performed in automotive companies providing automotive logistics service and are decision-makers in terms of service-giving. To this end, basic criteria and relationships affecting decision-making processes is tried to be determined. Specifications and performance criteria prepared by some of the leading companies for automotive logistics service are evaluated through face-to-face interview. Weights of the criteria are tried to be calculated by the method of Entropy in order to bring a scientific approach to expert opinions by determining Cost, Delivery, Quality and Management major and minor criteria as different from Saaty's pairwise. Choosing the most appropriate model in the creation of the firm with the default scenario, Promethee among the methods of multi criteria decision make (MCDM) is considered for differences in structures of each criteria in terms of responding through various preference functions in the structure of each criterion. As a result of the study, it is aimed to make a contribution to Promethee decision making method through Entropy and development steps and also, to the field of logistics through hybrid model created as well.
