Having initially estimated the ambiguities stemmed from the variations, theorganisations are intending to continue and improve their existence in today?s worldwhere a fast changing at all fields are experienced. Plannings based on merely stabledatas and estimations are not sufficient where the variations are experienced in such arapid environment. Organisations need flexible plannings that could meet therequirements and expectations as well as the sudden variations. They have to make useof the strategic plannings in order to keep a rational harmony between the sources athand and the aims they like to reach.
