Absolute justice is found in the world of ideas that are divine components.Human soul made up of mind, wrath and desire comes from ideas. The knowledge of ideasappears in the soul which is run by the mind. This is the soul of the philosopher withjustice. The fair philosopher applies the universal knowledge of justice emerged by theseideas to the ideal government. Government of justice comes true if each individual andeach class in the government formed of administrators, military and the crowdclassifications, accomplishes the tasks given efficiently. As a result /therefore, he establishes the term ?justice? psychologically andsociologically with the divine ideas.

Felsefeyi sistem haline getiren ilkfilozoftur. Adaletli filozof idealardan aldıgı evrensel adalet bilgisini ideal devletineuygular. Yönetici asker ve yıgından olusan üç sınıflı devlette her birey ve sınıfıngörevini tam yapmasıyla adaletli devlet gerçeklesir.Böylece adalet kavramını tanrısal idealarla psikolojik ve sosyolojik olaraktemellendirir.
