Özet

Benzothiazole substituted phthalonitrile compound (3a) was synthesized by the reaction of 2-methyl-5-benzothiazolol and 4-nitrophthalonitrile in dry DMF in the presence of potassium carbonate as a base. Benzothiazole substituted phthalonitrile compound (3b) was synthesized by the reaction of 2-methyl-5-benzothiazolol and 3-nitrophthalonitrile in dry DMF in the presence of potassium carbonate as a base. The metal-free pthalocyanines (4a and 5a) were synthesized in n-pentanol in the presence of 1.8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) at 160 ºC under inert N2 atmosphere from the initial pthalonitrile compounds (3a and 3b). The metallopthalocyanines (5a and 6a) were synthesized in n-pentanol at 160 ºC in the presence of related metal salt and 1.8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) under N2 atmosphere from the initial pthalonitrile compound (3a). The metallopthalocyanines (5b and 6b) were synthesized in n-pentanol at 160 ºC in the presence of related metal salt and 1.8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) under N2 atmosphere from the initial pthalonitrile compound (3b). The aggregation, photophysical and photochemical properties of synthesized novel metal-free, zinc(II) and lead(II) phthalocyanines were also investigated. The photosensitizer properties of them were determined for using in the photodynamic therapy applications.

(3a) Nolu benzotiyazol sübstitüe ftalonitril bileşiği, 2-Metil-5-benzotiyazolol ile 4-nitroftalonitril'in kuru DMF içinde susuz potasyum karbonat varlığındaki reaksiyonundan sentezlendi. (3b) Nolu benzotiyazol sübstitüe ftalonitril bileşiği, 2-Metil-5-benzotiyazolol ile 3-nitroftalonitril'in kuru DMF içinde susuz potasyum karbonat varlığındaki reaksiyonundan sentezlendi. Bu ftalonitriller (3a ve 3b) üzerinden (4a) ve (4b) nolu metalsiz ftalosiyaninler n-pentanol içerisinde 1.8-diazabisiklo[5.4.0]undek-7-en (DBU) varlığında 160 ºC'de azot atmosferinde sentezlenmiştir. (3a) Nolu ftalonitril bileşiği üzerinden (5a-6a) nolu metalloftalosiyaninlerin sentezi n-pentanol içerisinde ilgili metal tuzu ve 1.8-diazabisiklo[5.4.0]undek-7-en (DBU) varlığında 160 ºC'de azot atmosferinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. (3b) Nolu ftalonitril bileşiği üzerinden (5b-6b) nolu metalloftalosiyaninlerin sentezi n-pentanol içerisinde ilgili metal tuzu ve 1.8-diazabisiklo[5.4.0]undek-7-en (DBU) varlığında 160 ºC'de azot atmosferinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sentezlenen yeni metalsiz, çinko(II) ve kurşun (II) ftalosiyaninlerin agregasyon özellikleri, fotofiziksel ve fotokimyasal özellikleri incelenerek fotodinamik terapi için uygun fotoduyarlaştıcılar olup olmadıkları belirlenmiştir.
