For the understanding of the subject and the establishment of conceptional background, philosophical opinions were introduced. Later on, the study was entered into the subject of valuation. Simple ex amples for the valuation were given after the introduction of regulations related to the valuation. In later chapters, the valuation of the parcels without property was looked at and a mathematical dimension was obtained by making exact valuations. At the end of the subject, argument was made over the preference bet ween `making` and `functional models`. It was decided that the preference of the `making` model was suitable. In the conclusion and recommendation chapter, the necessity of the valuation subject was declared with reasons and some suggestions were made for that reason. 11.

ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi KENTSEL ALANLARDA TAŞINMAZ DEĞERLEMESİ VE KARATAY ÎLÇE BELEDİYESİ İÇİN BİR UYGULAMA Mehmet Ertaş Selçuk Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Jeodezi ve Fotogrametri Anabilim Dalı Danışman : Prof. Abbas Banşkaner 1992, Sayfa : 139 Jüri : Prof. M. Nuri ERGİN Prof. Dr. Mehmet YERCİ Prof. Abbas BARIŞKENER Bu çalışmada; ülkemizde yeni önem kazanmaya başlayan taşınmaz değerlemesi örneklerle anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.
