The aim of this study is; This course aims to investigate the relationship between resilience levels and problem solving skills of elite basketball players. The universe of this study, the 2017-2018 basketball season have current license in Turkey Basketball Federation, randomly selected sample of the elite fighting in Turkey Basketball League struggling as 160 female, 179 male basketball player is a total of 339. In order to collect the data of the study, Problem Solving Inventory (PSI) which was developed by Heppner and Petersen and adapted to Turkish by Şahin and Heppner (1993) was used. The inventory consists of 6 items of 6 items. In order to determine the resilience of the participants, 50 questions and 5-point Likert type Resilience Scale were used. Statistical analysis of the data obtained within the scope of the study was performed in SPSS program. The normality test of the data was done by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Mann-Whitney U test was used for binary variables and Kruskal-Wallis test for more than two groups because the data were not distributed normally. The relationship between two variables was examined by spearman correlation test. While there was no significant difference between the resilience level and problem solving skills in the variables such as gender and educational status of the participants; A significant difference was found between the years of sporting years and the level of resilience between variables such as age, marital status and problem solving skills. There was also a moderate and significant relationship between the resilience levels and problem solving skills.
