Doç.Dr lhan AKARDecember-2006This research has constituted for developing some devices which identifyobstacles of the contribution of the school society to the management, describing therelationship between school society and primary schools, increasing percentage ofthe contribution of the school society to the school management by the knowledge onthe subject and the information found in the research.The research was made between the teachers and managers who were on dutyin 2005-2006 school in Ankara?s central towns, guardians of these schools? studentsand members of School-Family Associations.A questionnaire built up by the researcher as a gathering datas in the research.Datas which are gathered is symbolised ?f? for frekans, ?%? for percentage, ? ? forarithmetic average, ?t? for t-test, ?ANOVA? for one-side variation analyse statistics.By the research it was found that school society doesn?t contribute the schoolmanagement at a satisfactory level, and participants have same ideas aboutsuggestions to improve the contribution of the school society to the schoolmanagement It was found to be the reason for lack of contribution that meetingsaren?t announced early enough and contribution is taught by the school managementsas monetary.The necessity of improving the contribution of the school society to theschool management and condition participation to the school management andmaking conditions, which increase contribution, permanent have realised by theresearch.

Dr lhan AKARAralık-2006Bu araştırma, alanyazındaki bilgiler ve bu araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulareşliğinde, ilköğretim okullarının çevre ile ilişkilerinin ne düzeyde olduğunu, okulçevresinin yönetime katkısının önündeki engellerin hangileri olduğunu belirlemek veçevrenin okul yönetimine katkı düzeyini arttırmak için öneriler geliştirmek amacıylagerçekleştirilmiştir.Araştırma evrenini, Ankara merkez ilçelerdeki resmû ilköğretim okullarında2005-2006 eğitim-öğretim yılında görev yapan yönetici ve öğretmenler, bu okullardaokuyan öğrencilerin velileri ve Okul Aile Birliği üyeleri oluşturmaktadır.Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen biranket uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler; frekans (f), yüzde (%), aritmetik ortalama( ), t-testi (t) ve tek yönü varyans analizi (ANOVA) istatistikleri ile çözümlenmiştir.Verilerin analizi sonrasında okul çevresinin, okul yönetimine istenilendüzeyde katkı sağlamadığı ve okul yönetimine katkıyı arttırıcı önerilerdekatılımcıların aynı fikirde olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Okul yönetimine katkının az olmanedenleri arasında ise katkı sağlayacak gerekli ortamın oluşmaması, toplantıduyurularının önceden duyurulmaması ve katkının okul yönetimi tarafından sadecemaddi katkı olarak algılanması gibi nedenler sayılabilir.Okul çevresinin, okul yönetimine katkısını arttırmak için okul yönetiminekatılımın önündeki engellerin aşılması, okul yönetimine katılımı ve katkıyı arttırıcıkoşulların kalıcı olarak sağlanması gerektiği ortaya çıkmıştır.
