Özet

This thesis consists of four parts. In the first part, some information is provided about the studies done on the optimal control problem and explanations are made regarding the currency of the thesis subject. In addition to these, some definitions used in the thesis are given. In the second part, definitions of the solutions for the analysed problems are given and some theorems are made about the existence and uniqueness of the boundary value problems for ordinary differential equations of second order. In the third part, the theorems relating to the existence and uniqueness of the solution of the considered optimal control problem are proven and a necessary condition in the form of variational inequality is shown for the solution. Additionally, a necessary condition in the form of Pontryagin's maximum principle is expressed for the solution of the considered optimal control problem and a short proof of this principle is given. In the last part, it is shown that the considered results are current and that they do not coincide with previous results. Keywords: Economic-Ecological Systems, Optimal Control Problem, Necessary Condition in the Form of Variational Inequality, Pontryagin's Maximum Principle.

Anahtar Kelimeler: İktisadi-Ekoloji Sistemler, Optimal Kontrol Problemi, Varyasyon Eşitsizliği Şeklinde Gerek Şart, Pontryagin'in Maksimum Prensibi.
