The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of bond strength of quartzfiber post luted by a resin cement, off the roots which were treated and filled bydifferent containing root canal filling materials.128 single-rooted, extracted for periodontal/ortodontic reasons, humanmaxillary central incisors were used for this study. Teeth were randomly divided intofour groups for filling with three sealers (Epiphany SE, Sealer 26 and Pulp CanalSealer) and control group (only gutta-percha with no sealer). After post spacepreparated, each group divided into four subgroups, which has eight teeth. Eachsubgroup was treated either NaOCl (Control), EDTA, Citric Acid or Sikko Tim. Onespecimen from each subgroups were examined under scanning electron microscope(SEM). D.T. Light Quartz fiber posts were cemented with Panavia F 2.0, dual-cure resincement, to the other specimens. The specimens were attached to the arm of a lowspeedsaw and sectioned perpendicular to the long axis under water cooling. Three sections, each 0,6-mm thick, were obtained from the coronal part of each root. Push-out bondstrengths were measured with a universal testing machine at a crosshead speed of 0,5mm/min.The results of this study revealed that Sealer 26 group had the highest bondstrength values and the but lowest bond strength values were obtained for the PulpCanal Sealer group. There were no significant statistically differences between Sealer26 and Epiphany SE groups. But there were significantly significant differences foundPulp Canal Sealer group and other groups (p<0,001). According to the dentin surfacetreatments, except Pulp Canal Sealer group, for all groups, Sikko Tim had the highestbond strength value. Lowest bond strength values were obtained for the control groups(NaOCl), there were statistically significant differences between groups (p<0,001).

Bu in vitro çalısmanın amacı, farklı içerikli kök kanal dolgu materyalleri iledoldurulmus kök kanallarında, post bosluğu hazırlanması sonrası, farklı yüzeyislemlerinin uygulandığı durumlarda, tek tip adeziv simanla yapıstırılan quartz fiberpostun tutuculuğunu incelemektir.Periodontal/ ortodontik nedenle çekilmis 128 adet üst ön disin kullanıldığı buçalısmada, disler rastgele 4 gruba ayrılarak Epiphany SE, Sealer 26 ve Pulp CanalSealer patlarıyla dolduruldu, son grup ise Kontrol (sadece güta perka ile) grubu olarakayrıldı. Post yuvası açılan gruplar tekrar her biri sekiz adet disten olusan dört alt grubaayrıldı.
