Cadastre, from the earliest period of the history it has been an important concept for countries. In this direction have been made many studies and have been archived many developments. However, these studies were interrupted, sometimes by factors dependent on human and sometimes due to factors associated with technology, so planned and expected results have not been reached. These results in future times developed different methods to achieve solution and result-oriented studies.Nowadays with the development of technology, data networks developed and the error rate has been reduced by making more accurate measurements with an increasing number of satellites. That is sure that it is not enough to make accurate measurements in today's cadastre. Correction of mistakes made in past times is as important as making accurate measurements. To solve this problem each country is applying different methods. The methods of using and producing cadastral data of the Republic of Albania have been examined. Cadastral bases, information system automation and digital cadastre, update of land registry records, cadastral renewal works, ground control points and archive systems have been examined. The legislation of the country, the technological points and the ownership situations are examined. These examinations are compared with the cadastral system of the Republic of Turkey. The solutions produced for eliminating the deficiencies in the cadastral system of the country are based on the cadastral system of developed countries. At the same time, criteria such as time, cost, hardware and applicability are taken into consideration in the comparison of solution methods.
