Nowadays, use of RFID technology is quite common in automation applications. Being able to be programmed, having varying operating distances, reducing labor and operating costs are the most important reasons. Libraries, product tracking and classification, vehicle tracking and park systems, health sector are just a few examples of its application areas. In this thesis, an example RFID system was built for an hotel, a commercial organization. With this system, the goals were helping the company to distribute their resources properly and to reduce time and personnel costs. The system consists of three RFID readers, a few RFID tags, a computer and an electronic circuit which is controlled by a microcontroller. In total, three softwares were developed, two for the computer and one for the microcontroller. With these softwares, entrance control and payments were done automatically. And at which time and day which places were preferred in the hotel was determined. Thus, the desired goals were mostly achieved.
