The software supporting this study is developed with Visual C#.NET. Microsoft VisualStudio.NET 2005 is utilized as the IDE. This software can do content audit for multimedia filesspecifically for video files. In order to accomplish the content audit, a system that is similar to the subtitledisplay system which is present within most of the DIVX players in the market is developed. Differentfrom the DIVX subtitle display mechanism, the user is allowed or banned to access both of the contentparts which are display and sound. Our software supports the categorization of the users of the system --such as age categories -- and then does the audit according to the created categories. Keywords: Multimedia, Encryption, Data Audit, Security, Authentication.
