Örnekleme denetmenlerin tümü (90), öğretmenlerin bir kısmı (312) basit rastgele örneklem oluşturma yöntemiyle alınmıştır. Anket yoluyla elde edilen verilerin faktör, sıklık, yüzde ve ki kare (chi square) analizleri bilgisayarda SPSS paket programı kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular şu şekilde özetlenebilir: Öğretmenler, `İnsan İlişkileri, Rehberlik, Mesleki Danışmanlık ve Eğitim Olanaklarını Geliştirme` konularında problemle karşılaştıklarında, denetmelerin, problem çözme sürecinin `problemi tanıtma, açıklama ve çözüm arama` basamağında yardım etmeleri gerektiğini düşünmektedirler.
