During the globalization, stability development is the first in agenda of national economies as a permanent target. An economic growth places behind development and shows a real increase the production factors or national revenue. It contains basic macroeconomic targets, too. It is very important for administrators of economy that cope with the problems as per capita income increase, price stability and unemployment. In Turkish economy, an high growth performance is occured after the 2001 crisis when the economy remains both its negatives and positives. Budget deficits decreased by disciplined fiscal policy; inflation decreased by monetary policy; inreasing domestic demand has been compansed with inreasing import from revaluation; thus inflation that has a negative relation with economic growth has been controlled. In spite of the serious succeeds in inflation and budget deficits, the economy increasely continues its dependence to important and foreign assets. Because of the economic growth not standing to export and employment; increasing important has limited domestic production and domestic value added. So, employment has been effected negatively. In tax responsibility, the share of indirect ones in total taxes have increased. In spite of the increasing productivity, the real wages have been depreciated because of the surplus of labor supply. So, the positive conclusions of the economic growth clearly have not been shown on income distribution. In context the negatives conclusions of the economic growth, Turkish economy that has been supported by non export, non employment, revaluation and import resourced foreign assets so far, faces of the changes in economic politics on new period.
