People can explore their environment which they live in with the sensation taken from outside by brain. This sensation process actualize very sensible and holistic with participation of seeing, hearing, touching, smeeling and taste. This multi-sensory estimation directs to new place productions by defining the peoples expectations and new place demands which surrounding the body with its dimesions. However, developing technology involving to second position this sensation of spatial integrative hearing, touching, smeeling and taste by much focusing the seeing sensation. This situation, finds the rethinks out about the all other sensation relations and benefits of the quota ratio to spatial sense except of raises the criticisms of eye-centeredness in spatial perception. The questionings, which started with this necessity, shows that the studies that directly touch the sense of odor through the multiple and holistic perception of space are limited. Therefore, this study focuses on the effects of odor perception on spatial experience. In this context, through literature studies, samples containing odor - space - experience interactions and odor perception in multi sensory productions were examined. Within these examples, it is thought that the effect of odor perception on new design production can be improved by experiencing design studio practices within architectural education. For this reason, the original field study was designed by the researcher. As a result of the findings obtained in the field study, it is concluded that the range of awareness and transference of odor in spatial experience can be improved with the design studios practices.
