The health service is defined as the entirety of services rendered for theelimination of the factors that affect the individuals' life negatively and the treatment oftheir illnesses or sustaining and improving their current health status. In this context, itis an undeniable fact that health services must be provided at an equal level foreveryone without any regard to language, religion, race and political opiniondifferences. However, many people experience problems for accessing health servicesdue to both the economic inadequacies and various socio-political reasons that thesocieties experience.
