The purpose of this research is to assess pre-service science teachers' technological pedagogical content knowledge regarding the elecrostatic. This study was realized by one of qualitative methods, which is `Holistic Multiple Case Design` of case study. The sample of this study was used consisted of 6 elementary pre-service science teachers who are participated in the study in senior class in 2013–2014 at a metropolitan university. Data were collected by interviewing, observation, and document analysis methods from 6 pre-service teachers who were selected according to maximum variation sampling principles, regarding the sub-problems created at the begining of the research. Qualitative data was analyzed by the a qualitative analyzed package program employing descriptive analysis, content analysis, and constant comparison method pre-service science teachers' knowledge of technology integrated science and technology curriculum were completely adequate, and their knowledge of orientations toward science teaching with technology are somewhat adequate. According to findings of the study prospective elementary science teachers have misconceptions about electrostatic. Research findings showed that pre-service science teachers are in different levels of TPCK's lower dimension, the knowledge effects the TPCK, especially the subject matter knowledge and pedogogical content knowledge are important in the development of tecnological pedogogical content knowledge. It has been found that, the inability of pedogogical knowledge of pre-service teachers-even if their technological knowledge is adequate-limits them to assemble these types of knowledge and to integrate the tecnology to their applications. When the components of TPCK has been examined, it has been found that the pre-service teachers are most inadequate in the lower dimension of instructional strategies and assessment and experience has stood out more in the integration of technology with the instructional strategies and assesment processes. Also it has been found that –except Ö.A.3- all pre-service teachers are developed a positive attitude on improving their TPCK. However, it has been found that the pre-service teachers need more exprience and help to improve their TPCK. Also, pre-service science teachers who have science teaching experience have better pedagogical content knowledge. This shows, experience is an integral part of pedagogical content knowledge development.Key Words: Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge, Pedagogical ContentKnowledge, Pre-Service Science Teachers, Elecrostatic.
