This study is an investigation of congruences of curves, lines of curvature, conjugate lines and asymptotic lines in Weyl-Otsuki spaces. In the first chapter, a general evaluation of the studies about Weyl-Otsuki spaces is presented. In the second chapter, to investigate the tangent bundle of order 2 of a manifold, the notions of r-jets, vector bundles and frame bundles is introduced. The definitions of general connections and covariant differantials are presented. Especially, the notions of regular general connections and the basic covariant differantials are given. The contravariant and covariant parts of a regular general connection and the basic covariant differantials with respect to these parts are presented. The definitions of covariant differentiation and basic covariant differentiation along a curve, as well as the definition of a geodesic curve are given. The torsion forms and curvature forms of both general connections and regular general connections are presented. Foundations of the induced general connections and the induced regular general connections of a submanifold in a Riemannian manifold with general connections are introduced. Finally, Weyl-Otsuki spaces are introduced. The third chapter is devoted for some results of this study. In this chapter, firstly, Gauss, Codazzi ve Künhe equations of Weyl-Otsuki spaces are written. Congruences of curves in Weyl-Otsuki manifolds are defined and these curves are investigated under the orthogonally conditions. For this investigation, the Ricci?s coefficients of rotation are used and it is proved that a general connection is determined by these coefficients. The parallelism of the unit tangent vector field of an orthogonal ennuple and the conditions of the curves of this ennuple to be the geodesic, normal or irrotational are discussed. Finally, after the investigation of lines of curvature, conjugate lines and asymptotic lines in Weyl-Otsuki manifolds, it is proved that two kinds of definition of the line of curvature which are equivalent in Riemannian manifolds are not equivalent in Weyl-Otsuki manifolds. An evaluation of the results of this study is carried out in the fourth chapter.
