The moral values of the work itself vary depending on the mode of production and relations. The traditional societies in which agricultural production and crafts are widespread, the modern capitalist societies developed by industrial production and the liquid-neoliberal economic organizations produce different sets of values for themselves. Starting from the forms of production of traditional societies and the work ethic created by it, this work deals with the modern work ethic that derives from the Fordist working conception with the birth of industrial capitalism and the welfare state it created, and with the neoliberal wave in the 1970s, the global capitalism spreading all over the world, work ethic to the remerkable progress Turkey is discussed in particular. It is a closed, bulky and capricious structure like the nation-state with its social security mechanisms and trade unions, today, the new liquid capital that informs the end of the mode of production that offers job security, wage guarantee and life-long business opportunities, it is widely accepted today, this abolished all the moral formulations of work. After 1980, economical and legal changes have been adapted to the neoliberal line with organizational transformation in Turkey. Making the employers reveal how it looks in the work ethic of the eye and the liquidity-elasticity state, shows that attached value in what direction the employer is the primary objective of our study. To this end, employers at leading firms in Turkey were interviewed using which sampling method for human resource managers and representatives of employers and trade unions form the basis of semi-structured interviews which were conducted. The interviews have shown that technology used in production shapes the opinions of sectoral conditions, employers' entry into the business world, and ideological orientations about liquidity. It has also been shown that the values created by the employers' value worlds and the neoliberal fluid economy have come into conflict at some point. In addition, it has been reported by employers that new unprotected and precarious working conditions have transformed the work that still requires a stability and sense of belonging.
