The migration study case on this thesis is studied in interdisciplinary field as sociology, politics, anthropology, actual news, culture studies and philosophy with art critique. The position of human being in the global era is given meaning with the help of artistic and philosophical act of view, in order to dig out the postmodern semiotics. Migration transformes into the terms of immigration, refugee, defector, subordinate(ion), become ghost, be ignored and the story of identities entitled by the governments likewise is a long way. Migration and immigration is the actual act of this twenty firts century era, which includes super fast communication tools. We approch with infinetly numbers of migration cases everyday, and as we are used to them we forget we have already become an immigrant. With the postcolonialism, globalization, orientalism, colonialism, ghettoization, national states terms are reshaped. The collapse of Berlin Wall is the breaking point of two important eras in the thesis. In the first era, the migration and immigration has become a solution to the unemployment problems of the after second war developing countries, as the end of cold war the collapse of iron curtain states and the reconstruction of these countries has changed their act of view to the migration from secure to unsecure position. The story of migration become security problem, has ended with the European Union formation reinforcement of natioanl states again. With the new term meanings of Postkolonialism to the `other`, the efforts of reading the history and actual in the oriental eye, the provocations of ghettos and hiper-ghettos and against the oxidental readings the formation of `new` identity comments with the help of relational aesthetics the new medias has been preferable. Migration has become the inevitable end of world order. The invisable doors, hinges, rising walls reninforce polarization in the world. Migration in the conclusion, is the discontinuos way of being.
