Digital dentistry, which has been included in the clinical and laboratory stages of dentistry and has been growing day by day, has been used widespread today. Computer-aided design and manufacturing systems, that is, CAD-CAM systems that meet aesthetic expectation and prosthesis that can be produced in a short time have greatly enhanced the comfort of the patient and the physician. In these systems, optical data is the first and most important step of the system, so it is of utmost importance that this procedure is complete and accurate. Digital measurements can be obtained from the mouth using intraoral cameras or from the model using extraoral scanners. However, the absence of the intraoral camera system in the clinical setting due to economic reasons or various pathological disorders of the patient may not allow intraoral data withdrawal. In this case, the current state in the mouth can be transferred to the digital domain after the model is obtained by the impressions obtained by conventional methods. We consider that the effect of color on surface detection is important in this system, which is based on transferring the data optically and transferring it to the digital medium. In the studies we have conducted on the plasters used for modeling, no such data has been found in the literature to the best of our knowledge. Although the various activities of these systems have been evaluated in the literature, the effectiveness of systems in terms of color has not been yet evaluated. In our study; Models prepared with 8 different color grades of type IV gypsum were digitally scanned with Sirona company's CEREC AC / Omnicam Cerec 4.5.2 and Cerec Ortho software, in Eos x5 in Lab software with single and multiple exposure modes. These obtained images were superimposed using the control group with Geomagic Design X and the deviations of the measurements in microns were compared. As a result, color 7 has the lowest micron deviation value among all systems. In the comparison between softwares, the lowest micron deviation values were obtained in Cerec ortho. This is followed by Cerec Omnicam, in Lab multiple and in Lab single. When comparing the 1st and 7th teeth which were the determined measuring points, the deviation value in terms of microns on right 1st tooth is statistically higher than 7th tooth. The deviation value in terms of microns on right 1st tooth is higher than the left 1st tooth. We determined that color has an effect on obtaining digital data. For full arc scanning, it has been determined that scanning procedure is not enough, to get better results the system should also direct scanning method. In conclusion, the effect of color on digital scanners have to be studied in large series.

Çalışmamızda; 8 farklı renkteki tip IV alçı ile hazırlanan modellerin Sirona firmasının CEREC AC/Omnicam'in Cerec 4.5.2 ve Cerec Ortho yazılımlarında, in Eos x5'in in Lab yazılımında single ve multiple exposure modları ile çalışma grubu görüntüleri elde edilmiştir. Bunu sırası ile Cerec Omnicam, in Lab multiple ve in Lab single izlemiştir.
