Especially because of the differences of these countries' development levels the tourism sector's competition power is needed to be explained by the logistics and transportation infrastructure dynamics. For this purpose, the data from the first and second level sources were analyzed and aimed on showing the comparative statistics for the purpose of researching Kazakhstan's competition power. In the first data sources, Porter's competition power methodology is used for the planning. In this case, interviews with the government labors from different specialties and the tourism workers are done. In the conclusion of these interviews, the results were examined in the end of the research and some advices were listed and discussed.Key words: Kazakhstan, tourism, infrastructure, transportation, technology.

Birincil veri kaynaklarının tasarımında Porter'in rekabet gücü analizi metodolojisi kullanılmıştır. Bu bağlamda devletin çeşitli kademelerinde ve turizm sektöründe görev yapan yetkili kişilerle mülakat yapılmıştır. Mülakat sonucunda elde edilen sonuçlar çalışmanın son bölümünde incelenmiş ve çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Kazakistan, turizm, altyapı, ulaşım, teknoloji.
