Iıı the continues circuits, flotabilitiy behavior of the minerals are different from ones in classic flotation. The classic flotation tests are insufficient for determining the behavior of die minerals in plant circuits. It is therefore necessary to analyze the flotabilitiy of minerals in continuos circuits which are similar to plant circuits. Therefore the locked cycle flotation tests and pilot plant analysis have been developed but it is difficult to cany out these tests because of the lack of time. For example, sometime the tests are not concluded because of die unexpected formation of excessive mass and inequality of material balance in circuits. Recently it has become widespread to simulate or predict the results of some mineral processing works by mathematical models supported with computers. In these models, parameters obtained by simple works are used to predict die results of more sophisticated works. Therefore, saving of time cost sample and necessary labor is realized. In this study, flotation tests are conducted, through the aims mentioned above by using the copper mine tiıat is obtained from Murgul - Çakmakkaya plant. The locked cycle test results are determined from the data obtained from the ciassic laboratory flotation tests by using the methods of simulation and iteration. As a result, the projection of a copper flotation plant is realized without carrying out locked cycle flotation test that is difficult to conduct.
