The main purpose of this research is to investigate the teachers? views on the implementation of primary school fifth grade Science and Technology Curriculum (STC). It was tested that whether teachers? views differ meaningfully according to the district they work, their genders, their ages, allocation unit they work, their branches, type of school they graduated, their education levels, their professional seniority, availability of Science and Technology laboratory in the schools they work, use of internet for education purposes. The data toward the purpose of the research was collected by a survey on teachers? views. The population of the research consists of 350 teaching Science and Technology lesson in primary schools in Kahramanmaras City. The sample of the research was selected randomly from this population and consists of 309 teachers who filled the survey. At the end of the study it is found that according to teachers the sub-elements (objects, contents, teaching-learning, measuring and evaluation) and whole of curriculum of the STC are ?low? or ?moderate? according to different variables. The findings indicate that, there are meaningful differences between the teachers? views on objects, between the teachers? views on content, between the teachers? views on teaching-learning, between the teachers? views on measuring and evaluation according to use of internet for education purposes and according to allocation unit they work. Beside, there are meaningful differences between the teachers? views on whole of curriculum according to districts they work; between the teachers? views on content according to their genders; between the teachers? views on teaching-learning, between the teachers? views on measuring and evaluation, between the teachers? views on whole of curriculum according to their ages.Keywords: Primary School Science and Technology Lesson Curriculum, Constructivism, Teachers? Bu araştırmanın genel amacı, İlköğretim Beşinci Sınıf Fen ve Teknoloji Dersi Öğretim Programının (FTDÖP) uygulanmasına yönelik öğretmen görüşlerinin incelenmesidir. Öğretmenlerin FTDÖP' nin alt öğelerine ve programın tamamına yönelik görüşleri arasında, görev yaptıkları ilçelere, cinsiyetlerine, yaşlarına, görev yaptıkları yerleşim birimlerine, branşlarına, mezun oldukları okul türlerine, eğitim düzeylerine, meslekî kıdemlerine, görev yaptıkları okulların Fen ve Teknoloji laboratuvarının olup olmama durumuna ve görev yaptıkları okullarda, eğitim amaçlı olarak internetten yararlanabilme durumlarına göre anlamlı fark olup olmadığı test edilmiştir. Araştırmanın amaçlarına yönelik veriler, öğretmen görüş anketi ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni, Kahramanmaraş ilinde yer alan ilköğretim beşinci sınıf Fen ve Teknoloji Dersine giren 350 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Bu evrenden tesadüfî örneklem yoluyla seçilen ve anketleri dolduran 309 öğretmen ise araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın sonunda öğretmenlerin FTDÖP' nin kazanım, içerik, eğitim durumları ve ölçme-değerlendirme alt öğelerini ve programın genelini, bazı değişkenlere göre ?az?, bazı değişkenlere göre ?orta? düzeyde etkili buldukları belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgulara göre öğretmenlerin programdaki kazanımlara yönelik, içeriğe yönelik, eğitim durumlarına yönelik ve ölçme-değerlendirmeye yönelik görüşleri arasında internetten yararlanabilme durumlarına göre ve görev yaptıkları yerleşim birimine göre anlamlı farklar bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, programın geneline yönelik görüşleri arasında görev yaptıkları ilçelere göre, içeriğe yönelik görüşleri arasında cinsiyetlerine göre, eğitim durumlarına, sınama durumlarına ve programın geneline yönelik görüşleri arasında yaş değişkenine göre anlamlı farklılıklar vardır.Anahtar Kelimeler: İlköğretim Fen ve Teknoloji Dersi Öğretim Programı, Yapılandırmacılık, Öğretmenlerin Görüşleri, Program Değerlendirme.
