Banks and financing institutions are receiving many credit applications every day. They are trying to evaluate these applies and answer back to the consumer in the shortest time as possible. This valuation process requires hard effort and attention; also it has to provide objectivity in the consideration of all the details about the applied consumers and institutions. However, in some cases different people may decide on different situations and cause mistakes about those credits. It is aimed to develop a Decision Support System in order to minimize the error rate, maintain a computer-aided valuation process and prevent personal interpretations but objective criteria's and define some specific rules and accordingly manage the process in a systematic and automatic way.In the context of SAN-TEZ Project, the first stage which is `Developing the Realty Valuation Report Ontology` process, will help store all the information needed in the Decision Support System (DSS) thanks to its valuation report ontology. The ontology will create basic input data for the DSS, and create the basic DSS data with the consumer information in the database of the finance institution.Owing to this system, which is to be built at the final of the project, Real Estate Valuation Reports were able to be evaluated faster and demands of loaner or institutions could be met in shorter time. Approximately 90 percent accuracy achieved about similarity between systems decisions and real ones. By using this system, the Real Estate Reports were able to be evaluated based on objective criteria, and the conflict of varying decisions on the same situations were avoided, which improved the corporation's reliability.
