Özet

In this study, the section Proselius Bunge. belong to genus Astragalus L. of Astragalus tigridis and Astragalus scabrifolius species which are grown in Elazığ were evaluated by means of morphological, karyological, anatomical and palynological data. In the anatomical studies the anatomies of leaflet and root of taxa were examined. The structures of roots, leaves and flowers the plant samples that were collected belong to these species were investigated within the framework of morphological studies. Seeds of the examined species were benefited for chromosome studies. In consequence of the studies performed in divisible somatic cells, chromosome counts and karyotype analyses of species were done and idyograms were generated. The chromosome number of A.tigridis and A. scabrifolius are found to be 2n=16. It is confirmed that the chromosomes are median region (m) and submedian (sm) centromeres. The shape of the pollens of all A. tigridis and A.scabrifolius species studied were determined as isopolar, their types of aperture were trizonocolporate, their shapes of Amb were semiangular and ornementation were microreticulate.Key Words: Astragalus L., Fabaceae, Morphology, Anatomy, Karyology, Palynology.

Bu çalışmada, Elazığ ili yöresinde yetişen Astragalus L. cinsinin Proselius Bunge. seksiyonuna ait Astragalus tigridis ve Astragalus scabrifolius (Fabaceae) türlerinin morfolojik, anatomik, karyolojik ve palinolojik özellikleri incelendi. Yapılan anatomik çalışmalarda taksonların kök ve yaprakçık anatomileri ortaya konuldu. Morfolojik çalışmalar çerçevesinde toplanan bitki örneklerinin kök, yaprak ve çiçek yapıları incelendi. İncelenen türlerin, kromozom çalışmaları için tohumlarından yararlanıldı. Bölünür somatik hücrelerde yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda türlerin kromozom sayımları ve karyotip analizleri yapılarak idiyogramları çizildi. A. tigridis ve A. scabrifolius türlerinin kromozom sayısı 2n=16 olarak bulundu. Kromozomların; median bölgeli (m) ve submedian (sm) sentromerli oldukları tespit edildi. Çalışılan A. tigridis ve A. scabrifolius türlerinin polen şekillerinin isopolar, apertür tiplerinin trizonokolporat, Amb şekilerinin semiangular ve ornemantasyonlarının ise mikroretikulat olduğu tespit edildi.Anahtar Kelimeler: Astragalus L., Fabaceae, Morfoloji, Anatomi, Karyoloji, Palinoloji.
