The using of fossil fuels in the world has decreased due to environmental factors, a declining oil reserves and increased oil prices, and researchers have turned to alternative fuels. As a result of the researches that have been done, the prototypes produced in the automotive sector have been analyzed and calculated with reliable simulation programs in the automotive sector with the help of the production of prototypes with fewer errors, the reduction of production costs by trial and error method, the development of technology for saving environmental effects and energy saving. In this study, standard diesel fuel, substituted diesel + compressed natural gas, substituted diesel + hydroxy gas and substituted diesel + hydroxy enriched natural gas mixtures were used to simulate the performance and emission analysis of the fuels by using pilot injection method similar to the diesel engine, which was modeled by using the AVL Boost program without any structural modification. In the simulation program, 4.8 L, 6 cylinder, 4 stroke, turbocharged model diesel engines have been constructed with measurement points which give performance values such as torque, power, specific fuel consumption, volumetric efficiency and indicated mean effective pressure; Emission values of CO, CO2 and NOx were obtained. The results are given in graphical form in comparison with standard diesel and reduced diesel operations. In the analysis results; According to the performance results between the standard diesel fuel and the gas-mixture diesel fueled operations; substituted diesel + natural gas mixture gave better results than other fuels. Compared to other fuels, the emissions of the substituted diesel + hydroxy enriched natural gas mixture, except CO2, are also reduced in emissions analysis. As a general result, the use of hydroxy gas and compressed natural gas in diesel engines, which have a significant share among alternative fuels; Both in terms of performance and emissions.
