In this study we wanted to indicate gazels of the divan which was written by Mevlevi postoccipier Mehmed Fazil who lived in 19.century as a governer of province pf izmit.Allresearched poems are commonly included retiginal subjects and they exist old traditionalOttoman litterature. The gazels are taken from 703 numbered hand writing pIece 11) Halet Efendi part ofStileymeniye Library. We have transcripted 306 gazets, they took 63 sheets in the divan.Thewhole of divan is 162 big sheets;in 2004 Emre KARABOYUN studied the same divan's qasideand tahmis part as a master thesis. We noticed that a copy of divan in Bosna unfortunately wewere not able to check all of this book because of it's late arrival time to TurkeY,us.We onlychecked this second divan when we could not read a letter of alphabet or a vocabulary whichwe could not see clearly in the first divan. We could not find out printed or original hand writingcopies in Ankara and istanbul libraries. As far as we leamt our poet Mehmed Fiizil had been affected by $eyh Galip and Nabi;weresearched,$eyh Galip's and Nabi's influence at Mehmed FiizI1's vocabulary structure andgazels. After reading gazels in the divan it is obviously visible our poet Mehmed FiizI1 wassensitive about Mevliinii Celaleddin Rumi.
