In 1950?s, R. Solow (1950) accepted the saving rate as an exogenous variable in his growth model and showed that factors not-identified and completely exogenous factors are engine of economic growth. This indefiniteness caused that various social and economic variables associated with growth phenomenon in the literature. In 1980?s, endogenous growth literature arose thanks to P. Romer (1990) and J. Lucas (1988) papers which contributed to the growth literature that this exogenous factors are ?information technology and innovation? and they showed us how this factors are being internalized.Long term accumulation of capital is only possible with making savings. Therefore, it must be handled saving rate (so, propensity to consume) and capital needs in the model which can explain growth of developing countries. Ramsey (1928)-Cass (1965)-Koopmans (1965) (RCK) model which can supply these deficiency is very important. Because, propensity to save is endogenous and factors like technology, etc. is handled as exogenous factors. In this study, RCK model which allowed reflecting growth trend of Turkish economy was analyzed. In this context, Turkish economic properties represented with simultaneous equation system in the frame of RCK model. Two Stage Least Square method used in estimation of the system. After the introducing the validity of the estimation procedure, simulations results of endogenous variables of the model carried out using estimated coefficients and exogenous variables of the model. For the period of 1990-2007 in Turkey, it has been brought into sharp relief that decreasing of the difference between marginal gain of capital and discount rate (decreasing nominal interest rate) reduces consumption, and this reducing consumption triggered the economic growth while increasing the capital accumulation. In this context, it was concluded that increasing savings provides long term economic growth in Turkey.
