With the `Labor Health and Safety Law` enacted by the official gazette numbered 28339 in 2012, it can be said that the importance given to the work on health and safety in private and public institutions including the institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in our country has increased even more.Since then, occupational health and safety units have been established in the institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education and occupational health activities in the institutions have been organized through these units. This has led to the introduction of occupational health and safety issues into the agenda of education administrators. In our country, occupational health and safety issues have taken place in the legislation, and job security experts have started to be employed in institutions and organizations.
