In this study, eight new mixed ligand of palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes using the N-group (3-picoline, 2-pyridinemethanol, 2-pyridinpropanol and 1-(2-aminoethyl)pyrrolidine) ligands together with mefenamic acid / diclofenac as the main ligand were synthesized.The structures of the synthesized complexes were determined by elemental analysis, FT-IR, TG / DTG and DTA techniques. The structures of the single-crystal complexes were illuminated by X-rays. In these complexes, the diclofenac ligand acts as a ligand both within the coordination sphere and as a counter ion outside the coordinate sphere. The mefenamic acid ligand acts as a counter ion to provide charge equivalence in the coordination compound. The N-group ligands coordinate to the metal ions through the donor atoms. X-ray diffraction studies have demonstrated that {[PdCl2(3-pic)2], [Pd(dicl)2(3-pic)2], [Pd(2-aepyr)2](dicl)2, [Pd(2-aepyr)2](mef)2 and [Pd(2-pymet)2]Cl2} complexes are exhibitsquare plane geometry.From synthesized complexes [Pt(2-aepyr)2](dicl)2, [Pt(2-aepyr)2](mef)2.2H2O and [Pd(2-pypr)2](mef)2 are obtain powder form. The empirical formulae of the complexes were proposed based upon elementel and thermal analysis and FT-IR spectral data. In the FT-IR studies of the ligands containing the carboxyl group, based on the difference ∆ν(ν(COO-)asym and ν(COO-)sym), the coordination mode of the carboxylate group can be suggested. The calculated ∆ν(COO-) values from FT-IR data of all the complexes in good agreement with X-ray diffraction data. According to the results of thermal analysis, the complexes were found to be stable up to 200 oC.

Bu çalışmada ana ligand olarak mefenamik asit / diklofenak ile birlikte N-grubu içeren (3-pikolin, 2-piridinmetanol, 2-piridinpropanol ve 1-(2-aminoetil)pirrolidin) ligantlar kullanılarak sekiz adet yeni karışık ligantlı paladyum(II) ve platin(II) kompleksleri sentezlendi. Sentezlenen komplekslerin yapıları elementel analiz, FT-IR, TG/DTG ve DTA teknikleri ile açıklandı. Tek kristali elde edilen komplekslerin yapıları ise X-ışınları tek kristal yöntemiyle aydınlatıldı. Komplekslerde, diklofenak ligandı hem koordinasyon küresinin içinde ligand olarak hem de koordinayon küresinin dışında tamamlayıcı iyon olarak davranmaktadır. Mefenamik asit ligandı ise tamamlayıcı iyon görevi görerek koordinasyon bileşiğinde yük denkliğini sağlamaktadır. N-gubu taşıyan ligantlarda donör atomları ile metal iyonuna koordine olmaktadır. X-ışını kırınımı tekniği ile yapıları aydınlatılan {[PdCl2(3-pic)2], [Pd(dicl)2(3-pic)2], [Pd(2-aepyr)2](dicl)2, [Pd(2-aepyr)2](mef)2 ve [Pd(2-pymet)2]Cl2} komplekslerinin kare düzlem geometriye sahip olduğu belirlendi. Sentezlenen komplekslerden [Pt(2-aepyr)2](dicl)2, [Pt(2-aepyr)2](mef)2.2H2O ve [Pd(2-pypr)2](mef)2 toz olarak elde edildi. Kapalı ve açık formülleri elementel ve termik analiz sonuçları ile FT-IR spektral verilere dayanarak önerildi. Karboksil grubu içeren ligandların FT-IR çalışmalarında, ∆ν{υasim(COO-) ve υsim(COO-)} farkına dayanarak, karboksilat grubunun bağlanma modu önerildi. Komplekslerin FT-IR verilerinden hesaplanan ∆ν değerleri X-ışını kırınımı verileriyle iyi bir uyum içindedir. Termik analiz sonuçlarına göre komplekslerin ortalama 200 oC' ye kadar kararlı olduğu belirlenmiştir.
