Özet

To sum up, in the first part of the study whose problem is examination of house becoming objective in art practices, socio-cultural and political analysis of 'daily life places' before industrialization will be made; answers to the questions 'what are society and place now?-to what they have evolved along with the philosophy of enlightenment ?' will be sought by taking step from questions ''what are society and place?- to what they have evolved ?'. It is predicted the text to be discussed from the perspective of separations and cultural criticism should be created not by staying between the four walls of the physical space but by going around the palace, in the city, on the street, in the countryside (...); by considering the daily necessities and routines like produced goods, consumed food, writing action, love life etc. Consequently, an attempt will be made to draw a general picture about the transformation of the personal space by associating the obtained data to people-to-people situation like sovereign and administired one, community and anonymous, crowd and individualism and to emergency of personality. In the second part of the study, the objectivation of house will be examined, and the matter how this objectivation has enured to the art world will be explained and the change will be criticized through art objects. In the final section, diverse discourses about the house will be interpreted through the concept created by subjective viewpoints and social phenomena and on personal studies.
