The Khakas - Minusinsk depression of Entire Asia during the Proto-Turk period has left behind a large number of mysterious stone statues and steles. The most of them have been included to the current Catalog and presented to the Turkic science community. These stone statues and steles were separated from other archeological monuments of Khakassia according to the radio-carbon analysis, its art form, technique and plastic, the tomb inventory and other artifacts, but the most important point of their deference without doubt is their iconography and message. These factors led archeologists to define Okunyev archeological culture and date it 2000 B.C. boundary. There are evidences that Proto-Turkic language have been spoken on the Khakas land 2 centuries B.C. with Huns` conquest. However there are some researches based on the Chinese achieves claiming that Dinlin people 9 - 4 centuries B.C. were Proto-Turkic. One of the question raised by current work was trying to undertake a question of Proto-Turk people living in Khakas - Minusinsk depression in the limits of 2000 B.C. The historical kin relationship might be established not by the language similarities, but by the similarties in World perception The semantic interpretation of the current work stone monuments - sculptures is the Cosmologic model of universe wich has many contact points with the Cosmologic model of Turks presented by Dr. Emel Esin and Prof. Dr. Yaşar Çoruhlu. Our Cosmologic model of universe has been created by uniting two elements: the Okunyev symbol which is the horizontal plan of the universe, in our opinion, and the vertical structure of the sculptures which is the vertical plan of the universe. These two elements together gives a picture of the Cosmologic model of the universe.Okunyev sculptures and steles have been organized according to the previous researches into 3 main groups: Uybat, Tas-Hazaa and Chernovaya. The latest one of them - Chernovaya main group has so called Complex group of sculptures (or Tazmin Group in some texts) are the most astonishing Okunyev monuments created for rituals. That is why it was decided to look closely on one of them. The placing date of these ritual stones according to proffessor Kyzlasov comes on the special days of the year so called winter and summer solstice and vernal and autumnal equinoxes. Vast majority of these ritual sculptures has common image theme. In our opinion, these monuments are like a book of the Okunyev mythology and shows us a picture of Universe structure.
