The Politics is a decision-making process that has to be supported by a legal sanction or substantive sanctions rather than a moral obligation in which has to be taken and obeyed due to the being association or sometimes intersection of some parts of people's lives temporarily or permanently. (Yayla, 2005: 208) The being of politics as a decision-making process does result with a political participation and an obligation to make a political choice. These political decisions not only include voting/not voting but also the participation in much further dimensions. In both other participations and as a voting behavior, there can be one, more than one or much more complex reasons that pave the way for electorate to orient into the party. For this reason, basically, the electorate theories can be shaped as economic or societal voting behavior. In this study, it has been tried to understand the theoretical foundations of voting behaviors of Rumeli immigrants. For this direction, it has been aimed to determine the prominentcentral criteria on the voting behaviors of the selected group by making in-depth interviews with the participants. The election periods used in this research do include 30 March 2014 local elections, 10 August 2014 Presidency elections and also the two general elections held in 2015. The main reason of this selection is it covers local, presidency and general elections. In this manner, researching different elections is important in terms of comprehending whichthe fundamental priorities are taken into consideration by the electorate in different election types. When the voting behaviors of electorates can alter in parallel withdifferent determinants such as from party to party, the migrated year and also sex, even though several factors are dominant, comprehensive info have been provided on the reasons that are leading over balloting, in other words, the orientation to the really supported party.
