Within the scope of this thesis, the performances of Network-RTK correction techniques at different elevation masks in TUSAGA-Active system were investigated by simultaneous measurements. In the study, 4 different test scenarios were taken into consideration in the open sky view and in the limited sky view with a multipath environment. In the first test scenario, FKP, MAC and VRS NRTK correction techniques were examined to investigate which elevation mask, such as 10o, 20o and 30o, performed better. In the second test scenario, the performance of FKP, MAC and VRS correction techniques were examined with simultaneous measurements. In the third test scenario, an obstacle object is placed in the environment where GNSS receivers are located in order to restrict the satellite view and create a multipath error. In this environment, while the elevation mask of all three GNSS receivers are set at 10o, simultaneous measurements have been performed by FKP, MAC, and VRS correction techniques. In the fourth test scenario, due to its widespread use, the VRS correction technique were collected simultaneously with 10o, 20o and 30o elevation mask under the limited sky view and multipath environment and the repeatability of the measurements was compared with each other. The results of the tests showed that 10o and 20o elevation masks give better results in all three correction techniques in the open sky view and multipath-free environment. According to the results of simultaneous measurements with the same elevation masks in different correction techniques, it is concluded that the VRS correction technique performs slightly better than other correction techniques. It is seen that the VRS correction technique performs more or less better than other techniques in the limited sky view and under multipath effect. When the VRS correction technique is examined according to different elevation mask in the environment where there is limited satellite vision and multipath, it is concluded that 10o performs slightly better than 20o and 30o, especially in the vertical direction.
